Issuing of certificates (except citizenship and foreign residency certificates), witness and legalisation. |

Renewal of passports of Italian citizens resident in the area covered by the Honorary Consulate (after consultation with the Italian Consulate in Manchester). |

The effecting of all legally required operations with regards to the arrival and departure of national ships. |

The keeping of a register of all Italian citizens in the area and of the signature of local authorities. |
